Complete a comprehensive training program encompassing sales, management, operations, and leadership skills. Participate in activities designed to enhance product knowledge and business acumen. Lead a team of associates once the program is completed, implementing strategies learned during training. Engage actively with customers to ensure high levels of service while also managing inventory and store operations. Prepare periodic reports and analyses reflecting progress with detailed plans for the continuity of the training.
