Representative at our Cedar Park, TX location. With divisions in

Summary We’re hiring a Field Sales Representative to join our event
marketing and lead generation team. This is a customer-facing role
where you’ll work inside high-traffic retail locations, greeting
shoppers, starting conversations, and collecting contact
information from homeowners interested in a free in-home estimate
for garage door upgrades. What You'll Do Engage shoppers with
confidence and professionalism Spark conversations and identify
interested homeowners Capture leads for free in-home garage door
upgrade estimates Submit leads via iPad or paper form Represent a
respected local brand with pride What You Bring · Outgoing
personality; comfortable speaking with strangers · Ability to stand
and interact for 4–8 hours per shift · Reliable, punctual, and
coachable · Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, and
Sunday) · Previous experience in retail sales, customer service,
event marketing, or brand ambassador roles is a plus (but not
required) Work Conditions · Work inside climate-controlled,
high-traffic retail environments · No hard selling – just friendly
conversations · Flexible schedule · Regular bending, lifting, etc.
