Job Description Job Description Express Employment ProfessionalsCentral East Texasfull?time, part?time, and temporary positions at no cost to candidates Responsibilities Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts Set up tools, fixtures, and materials correctly Calculate and adjust machine settings for optimal performance Inspect parts during production to ensure quality and accuracy Identify and correct machine malfunctions or out?of?tolerance conditions Follow all safety standards and workplace procedures Requirements Excellent attendance and punctuality is required Strong attention to detail Ability to listen, understand, and follow instructions Previous CNC machining experience required- Experience with Mazak, Okuma, and/or SL80 machines preferred Manufacturing or machining experience preferred High School Diploma or GED preferred Basic math skills (fractions and decimals) Ability to stand for 8–12 hours , including in varying weather conditions Ability to work various shifts based on production needs You should be proficient in: Troubleshooting Skills CNC Programming CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Machine Setups for Production Runs Machines & technologies you'll use: CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Okuma)
