SERVER SYSTEMS ENGINEER SENIOR Deliver simple solutions to complex

defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems ?
Maintains an organization's computer systems' workflows and is
responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation
of computer systems, including fixing network issues along with
updating equipment and software ? Troubleshoots moderately complex
system hardware and software issues ? Trains end users on the
proper use of hardware and software ? Performs software
installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered
software packages ? Monitors and tunes systems to achieve optimum
performance levels ? Ensures workstation/server data integrity by
implementing standard software and hardware solutions ? Ensure
data/media recoverability by following a schedule of system backups
and database archive operations ? Conducts hardware and software
audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with
established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines ?
Ensures that performance and security of computers meet the needs
of network users ? May evaluate existing systems and assist with
planning long-term strategies ? May coach and provide guidance to

Arts/Bachelor of Science ? Experience: 5 years of related
experience ? Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly ? US
citizenship required ? Role requirements: Provide technical support
in the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations,
and architectures ? ? Location: San Antonio, Texas ? Certification:

range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not,
however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will
be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly
contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
