qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field,
or equivalent practical experience. 13 years of experience in
recruiting operations, talent acquisition strategy, or HR
technology. 10 years of experience leading operations and managing
cross-regional teams. Preferred qualifications: Experience leading
digital transformations within HR/recruiting, specifically
integrating automation, machine learning, or AI into enterprise
workflows. Experience building and scaling regional processes that
account for global nuance while maintaining centralized standards.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, provide
strategic pushback, and drive change management across highly
matrixed, global organizations. Proven ability to build overarching
operational strategies to optimize day-to-day processes and
workflows. Deep expertise in managing complex, multi-vendor
ecosystems and optimizing large-scale operational budgets without
sacrificing delivery quality. About the job We are seeking a
visionary and operationally rigorous senior leader to build and
define the next generation of pipeline management for our global
recruiting organization. In this critical leadership role, you will
oversee three core pillars of top-of-funnel talent acquisition: our
active screening organization, passive pipeline data management,
the talent marketing and activation team, and job posting
operations. You will transition our current, disparate pipeline
management infrastructure into a cohesive, AI-first, and
tech-enabled operation. To do this, you will partner deeply across
global business teams, analytics, engineering, and recruiting

The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$211,000-$294,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Direct and continuously optimize an active
screening organization, managing performance, quality, and ROI
across multiple external vendor partners in partnership with
finance and the Vendor Management Office. Oversee the talent
marketing and activation team alongside job posting operations,
ensuring programmatic efficiency, precision, and alignment with
global hiring targets. Design the future-state vision for pipeline
management. Partner with engineering/product teams to build,
deploy, and scale AI-first tools that automate tasks, reduce manual
steps, and drive recruiter productivity. Act as the primary
strategic liaison between recruiting leaders, technical teams, and
global business units. Drive alignment, secure buy-in for new
technologies, and translate complex technical capabilities into
operational realities. Own the vendor budget and cost management
strategy. Balance the need for rigorous operational cost control
with the flexibility required to meet the business where it is.
