Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step
Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:45 AM-07:15 PM Hours per Shift:
12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Valid RN License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - Minimum
of 3 years of experience - HFNC and BIPAP experience - Stable GTT
management - Experience with POD1 CABG, AVR, MVR - CV and vascular
experience - Experience with AAA repair, lobectomy, CEA -
Experience with NSTEMI, STEMI, ACS - Knowledge of pacers, sepsis,
GI bleed - Experience with post DKA and respiratory failure -
Experience with tracheostomy care Description: This position is in
a 30-bed stepdown unit. The unit provides care between critical
care service lines. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills.
Experience handling complex cardiovascular cases is essential.
Ability to manage patients post-operatively is required. Strong
communication skills are necessary for teamwork. Candidates should
demonstrate competency in advanced life support techniques.
