This role involves leading our clinical education programs and overseeing our infection control protocols across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will deploy innovative training programs and develop strategies to prevent and control infection risks, ensuring our elders receive the best care in the safest environment. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical educational programs across facilities. Update and maintain infection control protocols to meet state and federal guidelines. Organize training sessions for healthcare staff on new technologies and procedures. Perform regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with infection control standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote a holistic approach to senior care. Participate in research and presentation of findings at relevant conferences. Expertise in clinical education and curriculum development Strong background in infection control practices Proficient in the use of healthcare tech and software for training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Competence in problem-solving and critical thinking 401k Certification in Infection Control (CIC) Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
