This role involves directly administering nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures while ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care at home. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such as taking vital signs, administering medication, and assisting in patient hygiene Monitor and report changes in patient health status Prepare and maintain accurate patient records Communicate with patients and their families, offering emotional support and instruction in areas such as preparing healthy meals or managing medications Ensure the highest quality of care is maintained according to the prescribed guidelines and regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and proficient in nursing practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LVN License in the state of practice
