energy sectors. Our dedicated FAB team is at the heart of our
success, and we are currently seeking hard-working, skilled Metal
Fabricators and Welders to join our dynamic shop. Job Summary: As a
Metal Fabricator and Welder, you will be responsible for the
fabrication, fit-up, and welding of stainless steel, steel and
aluminum components according to project specifications and
drawings. Your expertise will contribute to the on-time production
of durable and high-quality metal skids, tanks, and system features
and products. Key Responsibilities: - Be on time to work daily. -
Be reliable, have a great “can-do” attitude, and understand that
time is money. - Be willing to go the extra mile to achieve timely
project completions. - You will be assigned projects or segments of
a project. - You will attend project kick off meetings and provide
relevant input for the most effective (time and quality) completion
of the project. - View and understand all drawings with AWS weld
symbols on monitors in your fabrication cell and apply your
experience to create accurate metal products that exceed
expectations. - Receive CNC laser cut and CNC formed parts at your
work area. - Measure and double check the dimensions of received
parts. - Fit up, fabricate and assemble steel components using
various company tools, PNG laser and Miller machines, and
techniques. Use your own basic tools to achieve completed products.
- Perform LASER, TIG, and MIG welding to ensure structural
integrity and quality. - Be able to weld in various positions. -
Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and tools with a focus
on safety and efficiency. - Conduct self-quality control checks and
get daily supervisor approval to ensure your work meets project
expectations. - Collaborate with team members to maximize
productivity and meet project deadlines. - Maintain a clean and
organized workspace, following safety protocols. - Care for company
tools and machines like they are your own. - Expect 50-hour work
weeks. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of proven experience as a Metal
Fabricator and Welder in high production settings working on 20 ga
to 1?2” thick material. - Ability to learn and implement LASER
welding techniques to achieve requisite fabrication department
project speed. - Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques. You
Must pass site TIG test. - Strong understanding of fabrication
processes, tools, and safety standards. - Good communication skills
in English. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving
skills. - Strong work ethic and a commitment to producing
high-quality work. Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift heavy
materials (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks. - Willingness
to work in various environments, including hot and noisy
