success of the business.About the Role:The Lead Office
Administrator performs a wide variety of complex and highly
responsible administrative duties. This role develops and
implements systems for the business, to include back office support
and intra-departmental communications. The Lead Office
Administrator is responsible for the efficiency of all of the
office equipment, facilities management and operations of business,
and continuously tweaks and makes revisions as needed. The Lead
Office Administrator assists the CEO in running the business and is
responsible for human resource compliance, reporting and personnel
issues. This role provides oversight and supervision of the
Bookkeeper to ensure HR compliance, accuracy of payroll, financial
reporting, and reconciliation. The Lead Office Administrator
supports staff with resolving customer service issues as needed,
and plays a key role in all business planning with owners. This
role makes appropriate decisions when CEO is not available, as
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and reliable. Excellent
organizational and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking
and working under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; good
communicator with excellent people skills.
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative
approach to management.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues for the company.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Outlook, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe Suite. Will also need
to learn Liberty Software, but no prior experience is needed.
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience is a must.
- Experience working with the public in a fast-paced environment,
such as hospitality or food service
- Previous exposure and demonstrated experience with creating
systems and processes is a must.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus.
