Mitel is looking for a Professional Sales Engineer who wants to
join our winning team. Mitel Sales Engineering is responsible for
the design and sales support Mitel's portfolio of industry-leading
Unified Comminutions as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a
Service (CCaaS) cloud architectures. Our solutions require an
understanding of UC desktop and mobile applications, Unified
Messaging, Collaboration, Contact Center Solutions, SIP clients,
premise and carrier network architectures, WLAN, and data center
technologies. We provide an excellent environment for learning new

the proper design, implementation, and support of our solutions.
The successful candidate will possess a combination of strong
technical skills with a demonstrated ability to uncover business
issues, effectively design and articulate the value of UCaaS and
CCaaS. Must be able to communicate effectively to a wide range of
business decision makers from C-level to technology specialists and
provide unparalleled customer service in a fast-paced, vibrant team
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and will provide
assistance to the sales team and Mitel business partners to grow
market share and drive sales revenue leveraging Mitel's extensive
Unified Communications solution offerings and technology
The Mitel UCaaS Corporate Sales Engineering team is an inside sales
engineering team that supports Mitel sales and partners utilizing
Mitel's MiCloud Connect solution:
--- Provide technical designs, including analysis and configuration
that meet a complex business partner and customer requirements
--- Provide web-based demonstrations for prospective customers and
--- Provide support for RFP responses
--- Answer product feature, licensing and roadmap questions
--- Act as a focal point for field requests into Product
--- Develop and maintain Subject Matter Expert level of knowledge
in 1 - 2 solutions focus area
--- Participate in Corporate Sales Engineering voice, email and
--- Provide direct support for Inside Sales Team located in Austin,
--- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
--- Experience with Mitel Solutions preferred
--- Experience with other VoIP solutions and technologies a
--- Strong knowledge of VoIP solutions, standards and protocols
--- Strong knowledge of contact centers
--- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud and AWS.
--- Background with Virtualization Technologies and Data Center
--- Familiarity with Mobility and Video applications (Android,
Apple, Polycom, Cisco, Microsoft) a plus
--- Networking skills including protocol and compliance knowledge
--- Certifications (GCP, AWS, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CCIE) a plus.
--- Network Security knowledge a plus (CCSP, CISSP)
--- Positive attitude, attention to details and sense of urgency in
all work efforts
--- Customer service oriented
--- Exceptional team-related skills
--- Minimum 3 years' experience of Pre-Sales Engineering or Sales
--- College degree preferred
