The Imaging sales manager leads a best in class sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals by creating a high performing culture of empowerment and accountability.Our Imgaing Manager will be responsible for the following: Talent Management * Responsible for recruiting and training employees yielding a best in class organization * Must be able to tailor sales coaching to individual sales professionals based upon needs assessment in a way that resonance with the employee long term * Facilitate the conflict to solution process at the customer, dealer, regional and internal levels * Conduct quarterly employee performance reviews * Handles discipline and documentation steps in problem employee situations Develop * Partners with FSR in developing, implementing and executing each employee's Individual Development Program (IDP). Regional Culture * Create a high performing regional culture that aligns to the company vision of empowerment and accountability * Define region behavior expectations and facilitate ongoing assessment to meet those expectations and address behaviors as necessary * Reinforce teamwork ?..build strong team accountability and personal commitment to success * Display enthusiasm and positive attitude that can be mirrored by the region * Actively support team efforts in all aspects of the business to create a stronger Dentsply Sirona presence in the market Business Planning * Ability to read, analyze and interpret sales data effectively and amplify a positive trend or redirect a negative trends * Create, manage and execute a solid business plan to include: * Situational assessment * SWOT analysis * Key Opportunities * Sales Objectives * Strategies & Tactics * Forecasting Distribution * Identify key distributor reps and branch managers that actively support our partnership to drive loyalty to Dentsply Sirona * Support FSRs in business relationship development with key DSRs that reside in our highest potential customer/accounts Administrative Duties * Manages the day to day selling efforts of Field Sales Representatives * Effectively manages and filters information and tasks (notifications, emails, divisional programming, approvals) as deemed necessary to prioritize business needs * Manages the annual expense budgets including Demo, DOD, Regional Funds and Travel and Entertainment expenses Communication * Ability to tailor a value-added message, both verbal and written, to foster a clear understanding of business strategies * Must actively engage with appropriate merchandising, marketing and other internal employees relevant to your business * Evaluates information to determine if feedback constitutes a complaint. * Must display interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, employees and others in a professional and tactful manner * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public * Address customer complaints in an appropriate and professional manner.
