onsite events, lunches, and more. Overview As an Outbound Sales
Specialist, you will deliver a high-quality, consultative sales
experience by building trust with customers, understanding their
business needs, and guiding them toward the right Do It For Me
(DIFM) solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll combine
strong product expertise with a customer-first approach to identify
opportunities, drive conversions, and support customers through the
entire pre-sales journey, from prospecting and needs analysis to
coordinating a seamless subscription process. This role plays a
critical part in both customer success and revenue growth, making
it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,
performance-driven environment and enjoys helping entrepreneurs
take the next step in their business journey. This is an onsite
position located in our Austin office. You will Build trust with
customers by delivering accurate, value-driven product guidance
Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity goals, revenue
targets, and key performance metrics Manage and grow a sales
pipeline, building lasting customer relationships from first touch
through close Identify customer needs and clearly communicate our
value proposition and tailored solutions Listen, diagnose, and
solve real business challenges with confidence and clarity Develop
deep expertise in LegalZoom products and best practices to provide
meaningful customer value Deliver a personalized, high-quality
customer experience that drives satisfaction and retention
Proactively follow up with customers to educate, nurture, and move
opportunities forward Collaborate effectively with the team to
achieve individual and shared goals Stay resilient and focused,
maintaining a winning mindset in a fast-paced, high-performance
environment You have 2 years of sales experience with a consistent
track record of meeting or exceeding targets A strong
customer-first mindset, with the ability to build trust and create
meaningful relationships Proven sales acumen and closing ability,
with confidence in guiding conversations and driving outcomes A
self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to take
ownership and work independently Excellent communication and
listening skills, with the ability to problem-solve and navigate
objections effectively Strong organizational skills and the ability
to manage multiple priorities and systems efficiently Flexibility
to support varied schedules, including occasional overtime The
salary range for this role is ($37,400 - $49,900) performance-based
monthly incentive bonus. Actual compensation offered will depend on
several factors including but not limited to: geographic location,
work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and
organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus
and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the
compensation package. You will also receive a full range of
