Job Description:
A company is looking for a Representative - Customer Service I
for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve patient account
issues
Assist with setting up payment plans and resolving billing
errors
Document and escalate account issues as needed
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
No prior work experience required
Ability to type 35 wpm
Must have critical thinking skills and work well under minimal
supervision
Comfortable working in a stressful environment
