We are seeking a Director of Sales in our Go-To-Market Group to manage and grow our Implementation portfolio at a leading global account. This position will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and lead a team of Executive Account Managers with focus on growing Synopsys revenue footprint and market share across our Implementation product portfolio.
  • Represent Synopsys at the executive level within this leading global account, across multiple geographies, nurturing critical relationships.
  • Set and execute our:Strategic direction for our EDA Implementation platform.Interface and align with Synopsys Business Unit leaders. Enable, structure, and manage critical engagements.
  • Collaborate with other account Directors to ensure a One Synopsys approach.
  • Prioritize product deployment, integrated solutions, and go to market campaigns globally.
  • Champion and lead Synopsys' push for new technology and innovation adoption
    • Develop relationships and strategic partnerships within this global account, at the highest executive levels.
      • Work with sales team to develop critical selling skills and localized winning strategies.
      • Success will be measured based on year over year business growth. Target growth is 20% annually.
        The successful candidate will possess:
        A minimum of 10 years EDA selling experience with a mensurable track record of success at scale. Be a proven customer relationship master, from Manager to C-Level.People management experience. The ability to travel globally on a regular basis. Exceptional organizational skills.
        The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $155,000 to $270,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
