lingerie, a movement that we call Leisur--e.POSITION OVERVIEW:As a
PT Sales Associate at LIVELY, you will be focused on providing an
exceptional customer experience. -You will help ensure the store
achieves customer service and financial goals and will embody the
LIVELY community ethos.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide warm, energetic, elevated and
empathic service to everyone who enters the store.Maintain an
awareness of all product knowledge.Contribute in meeting daily,
weekly and monthly sales goals through action and productivity
-Embody the LIVELY community ethos and communicate it to fellow
team members and customers.Share your fit and product expertise
with customers and peers alike.Creating customer awareness of
programs available to themSetting personal goals and tracking
individual and team performance to the goalsPreparing for each
shift by maintaining awareness of all promotions and applicable
ringing proceduresTaking initiative to recover and replenish
merchandise, so it is available to sellUnderstanding and adhering
to visual merchandising brand standardsAssisting in housekeeping of
sales floor and communicating maintenance issuesUnderstanding and
demonstrating Company valuesREQUIREMENTS:
Exhibits an authentic desire to
exceed the customer's expectationsProven ability to meet or exceed
goals -Team player -Experience working in retail
