As the voice of our residential services team, we expect you to build and sustain new client relationships through knowledge, empathy, and excitement about a product you can truly stand behind. Increasing residential client base through personalized relationship-building and product expertiseProspecting new residential sales door-to-door in our B2C marketBecoming an expert in our products, services, and competitorsMaintain an average closure rate of 45% or greater.Upsell 10%-15% existing customer service agreements annuallyNurturing and retaining current customers with personalized service and upsell opportunities -Qualifications and Skills
