Reception Agent

What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and
essential job functions include but are not limited to the
following:
- Consistently offer friendly and engaging service
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while
following service standards
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience to create a
connection
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities
to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an
asset
- Ability to handle multi-tasking and work well under pressure in a
fast paced environment
- Must be able to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and
courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Must be highly responsible and reliable
- Prior experience working with Opera PMS or a related system;
Microsoft windows experience is a plus
- Must be able to handle cash effectively and accurately
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
