benchmarking sponsorship performance, understanding audiences, and
deciding where to run and how to measure campaigns. About the Role:
MVPindex is seeking a full time sales executive to drive the growth
of our measurement and valuation business. The role will focus on
developing sales and partnerships across MVP's suite of products
and services. What You'll Do:
- Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects large enough to meet
or exceed financial goals
- Leverage knowledge and relationships with brands, sponsorship
agencies and properties to develop revenue opportunities
- Expedite the sales cycle through an understanding of client
marketing needs, MVP capabilities, and accurate articulation of
MVP's value proposition
- Identify and communicate market opportunities within the sales
team to facilitate creation of compelling outreach efforts
- Identify client business challenges and translating them into
opportunities to sell MVP's software, analytics and insights
solutions
- Manage client relationships from initial pitch, through
transition/onboarding
- Inspire clients and team members by contributing creative sales
ideas that impact overall goals and objectives
- Build deep trusted relationships/partnerships with sponsorship
decision-makers within brands and their agencies to serve their
interactive marketing needs What Skills & Experience You Must Have:
- A 5+ year revenue development career track focused on
integrated sponsorship sales, preferably in consultative selling to
Fortune 500 C-level decision makers and/or similar senior level
agency decision makers
- Proven track record of successfully closing six figure
sponsorship deals
- Strong knowledge of the sponsorship/media landscape including
industry trends, key players and terminology, with the ability to
craft integrated marketing plans and solutions
- Strong goal-orientation with proven experience in building a
pipeline of new business and exceeding established financial
targets
- Robust analytical skills, including market strategy and a
value-based selling process
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including
creation of convincing and strategic sales approaches, proposals,
documentations and presentations
- Ability to travel as required by partner needs What You Will
