Meeting the Window Nation Team!Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and ensuring the profitable growth of the business. The Sales Manager will manage, direct, and drive a team of in-home sales representatives in the assigned territory in support of the company's strategic growth objectives.Core Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual sales plans including individual and team goalsManage hiring, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representativesConduct sales ride-a-longs with all sales reps to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales processInvestigate lost sales opportunities and the competitive landscape in the assigned marketEstablish and build relationships with key partners to support the training, growth and development of the market that will lead to its successResponsible for negotiating pricing for the assigned territory, ensuring profitability and customer satisfactionWork with Regional Sales Director to ensure sales management best practices are consistently followed (sales meetings, ride-a-longs, sales recap reviews, customer follow-up)Model high standards of integrity to create a culture that aligns with the company's core valuesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience5+ years' experience in an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B)3+ years' experience successfully leading sales teams in a similar environmentPreferred QualificationsSuccessful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsExperience in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environmentDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven record of success managing and selling in a one call close environmentExceptional customer relationship skillsWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
