Compensation Analyst** will work closely with cross-functional
partners from Sales, Finance, HR and other partners of the
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) business. You will develop and
model GRC compensation plans for assigned business unit(s) under
guidance of Director of Sales & Service Incentive Compensation
while ensuring alignment with best practices. You will model
current and projected revenue and payout results, and develop/
update annual compensation plans and goals. You will own ongoing
administration of sales compensation payouts for assigned business
unit(s) in close collaboration with the business partners to ensure
accurate payouts. You will track compensation plan results and
analyze sales compensation plan effectiveness in achieving business
goals/ strategy for assigned business unit.**Responsibilities:**+
Plan all financial aspects of yearly sales compensation plan
changes working closely with cross-functional partners from Sales,
Finance, HR and other partners of the Governance, Risk & Compliance
(GRC) division+ Model compensation plans by capturing current and
projected revenue, allocating quotas, modeling commission rates and
summarizing payout results by product, by position and by business
unit+ Develop and update compensation plan summary documents and
produce plan documentation+ Administer sales compensation plans for
assigned business unit in partnership with key stakeholders to
ensure accurate and timely performance calculations and sales
compensation payouts+ Contribute to monthly and quarterly analyses
to measure compensation plan performance including variance to
budget, correlation between result and payouts by individual
contributor and by manager+ Actively contribute to the ideas for
the enhancement and implementation of sales compensation processes,
systems, reporting and best practices+ May consult/provide guidance
on sales incentive compensation policies, practices, programs,
compensation philosophy, job design, organizational structure and
compliance requirements as needed+ Participate in salary surveys
and competitive market analyses and make recommendations on the
impact of relevant developments in compensation+ Participate in
governance activities and processes as needed**Qualifications:**+ A
minimum of four years of financial analysis, sales compensation or
sales analysis experience preferably in Software, Legal, Finance or
Consulting services environment.+ Bachelor's degree from an
accredited college/university or equivalent work experience;
Master's degree preferred+ Experience with design and
administration sales compensation plans+ Experience with data
analytics and reporting; experience with databases/data warehouses
such as SAP, SQL, SAS, Oracle, DB2 and business intelligence tools
such as SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, IBM Cognos,
QlikView, SAS, Tableau preferred+ Proficient with Microsoft Office
Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Project,
PowerPoint and Outlook; extensive experience with SharePoint
preferred+ Strong project and process management skills including
superior attention to detail, time management capabilities, and
ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneouslyEQUAL
