position will be a key position within the Demand Realization and
Business Operations Organization.-- - The person will work with the
WW Sales and Planning teams, among others, on all aspects Revenue
and ensure an aligned execution plan to meet the company revenue
and margin goals. The person will do the necessary analytics and
host meetings as needed with the various teams. This role can be
located in Austin, TX,-- -Malta, NY, or Essex Junction, VT.--
-Essential Responsibilities Include/:Drive Revenue closure
activities with the WW Sales team.Work with Sales and Planning on
all aspects of allocations and factory loading.Provide analysis and
recommendation on capacity allocation on oversold Fabs and host
meetings to drive decisions.Work with the WW Sales team to ensure a
crisp plan is in place to bridge any revenue gap to Budget, as well
as maximize revenue.Deliver high quality slides containing data
driven recommendations for Management meetings.Facilitate monthly
customer forecast responses.Work with IT and other Organizations to
get data outputs automated as well as build dashboards etcImprove
business processes related to Demand Realization.Handle special
projects as they arise related to Demand Realization.Other
Responsibilities/:Perform all activities in a safe and responsible
manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security
requirements and programsQualification:Required
Qualifications/:Education - Bachelor's degree in related
fieldExperience - 7 years minimum-- -in Supply Chain, Sales
Operations, or related fieldExperience working with large teams
across multiple organizationsExcellent proficiency in Microsoft
tools - Excel, Power Point and WordExcellent interpersonal skills--
