You are a marketing and sales professional with impeccable interpersonal etiquette who is truly excited about representing and advancing an established brand. We invite you to be our Marketing and Sales Coordinator who communicates Trophyology's mission, vision, and value proposition in an effective and brand-aligned manner that increases the awareness and customer base of Trophyology and contributes to achieving the company's strategic objective.
You elegantly and eloquently guide our customers and prospects through the sales process and accompany them throughout and beyond each project. As you develop meaningful relationships with our clients, you are eager to apply your intimate understanding of customers' needs and experience to marketing and sales communications. You will work closely with our Founder and CEO to develop marketing and sales strategies for our audience and you will develop the appropriate materials and messaging to achieve the desired goals and outcomes.

We work primarily in the B2B space and love building long-term relationships. Customer Experience is one of our three core tenets alongside Design and Craftsmanship. It is not only your primary responsibility, but your pleasure to uphold this value on behalf of the company.

You are particularly excited about this opportunity because you enjoy working with clients such as Herman Miller, Citi Bank, LinkedIn, Toyota, Salesforce, Facebook, Fidelity Investments, and the American Institute of Architects and you can combine your passion for outstanding marketing and sales responsibility with your deep appreciation for design.

You have:
A minimum of 3 years professional experience and successes in a marketing, sales, or advertising role
Elegant verbal and written communication skills that include a broad vocabulary and accurate grammar, and the ability to adapt to and represent a brand voice
CRM software experience or are excited to learn a CRM software system, such as Hubspot
Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in order to keep projects on time and on target
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related business or creative field
Proficiency in design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) as well as Canva
