Job Summary:Everyware is looking for a coachable and motivated team player who will identify new opportunities and build a sales pipeline for Sr. Account Executives by managing outbound prospecting, initial discovery, qualifying, and will be responsible for accurately tracking prospect interactions and information in our CRM system. This role will primarily focus on researching target accounts, performing outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn. You will be engaging with Executive/C-Suite contacts in diverse verticals across the midmarket and enterprise levels. You will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, and as such, are valuable members of the Everyware team responsible for driving revenue to grow the business.   • Promote and market Everyware through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospective clients
  • Partner with our experienced Sr. Sales Account Executives to help fill their pipeline with both warm and cold leads
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and critical account information prior to prospecting calls
  • Provide in-depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
  • Meet or exceed the assigned quotas + daily KPI's of a minimum of 60 calls and 20 emails per day
  • Educate and qualify prospects to create sales qualified leads and opportunities through meetings you book with decision makers
  • Diligently update accurate data and all prospect interaction in our CRM daily to drive the strategy for our future growth
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections with proven processes
  • Participate in team meetings, as well as ongoing training and development to help you hone your craft and build your careerRequired Experience:
    • 6-12 months in a customer-facing role with marketing, inside sales, or business development related sales experience
    • Proven experience achieving and pushing past goals and quotas
    • Thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment with high volume/velocity sales
    • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
    • Hunger to continue advancing your skills and grow your sales experience
    • Proven track record showing strong articulation of product selling points via phone, email, and LinkedIn
    • Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions, including prospecting, and leads research
    • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
    • Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships
    • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly
    • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
