BID Prosper is a company focused on providing financial
factoring solutions to the supply chain of the agroindustry in
North America. We are seeking to hire an American citizen as a
Sales Executive, that can contribute to our growth efforts both in
Mexico and in the US. -The Sales Executive will be an important
member of the team, located in Austin, TX, reporting directly to
the Mexico City office. The selected candidate will be responsible
for prospecting and acquiring new clients in need of financial
factoring, while managing relationships throughout the term of the
- Design, develop and execute commercial strategies to attract
new clients, by identifying new business opportunities and
prospecting channels in the industry.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the agribusiness
supply chain (exporters, importers, and distributors) with cash
flow needs to drive growth.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve efficient customer
- Negotiate terms and conditions previously approved by the
Credit and Risk department.
- Manage client relations (negotiation, follow-ups, service,
support, and collection) to create and maintain long-term
- Coordinate the origination and closing of each client, from the
prospecting process to signing, collaborating with the Credit /
Risk and Collection departments.
- Visit client's facilities for a better understanding of their
operation and cash flow needs.
- Manage and monitor databases and business pipeline.
- Promote the company's brand and identity through external
