Job Description:

Our ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for assisting clients questions and making necessary policy and billing changes.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Communicate with customers in person, as well as via phone and email
Process payments
Work with sales team to meet customer's needs
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
Data entry in Salesforce

1 year of customer service work preferred
Excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written skills
Proactive in problem solving
Strong attention to detail and understanding of risk processes and procedures preferred
Ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities
Proficient knowledge of PC (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet)

Salary plus monthly commission and annual bonus

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
Our office is located in Westlake Hills, Tx, and is open Monday -Friday 9AM to 5PM.

Salary for this role ranges from $35,000 - $45,000 initially, based on experience and licensing.
Monthly commissions average $500 for most sales associates.
There is a hiring bonus available!

You do NOT need to be licensed to begin work, and must be able to obtain your Property and Casualty License within 60 days. Training and study materials will be provided.
