Customer Care Coordinator

o Managing inbound and outbound customer and vendor phone calls,
emails and live chat.
o Checking inventory availability with suppliers.
o Placing purchase orders: drop-ship.
o Confirming purchase orders with vendors and updating orders and
customers accordingly with product ship dates.
o Order entry into warehouse inventory control system.
o Maintaining a daily open order report to review estimated ship
dates in order to identify and follow up on late shipments.
o Order management of items that have shipped including receiving
PO?s and closing completed orders within the inventory control
o Updating customer orders with tracking information received from
various shipping accounts.
o Third Party delivery coordination and account maintenance.
