Job Description:

IntroductionWe are seeking a full-time Sales Representative who has experience with generating net new sales pipeline, working sales leads from discovery to close, and account management. Applicants must be skilled in working the entire sales process by phone, a self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a highly motivated team player. The Sales Representative in this role is expected to generate new leads and acquire new customers with the assistance of Expero's SMEs and their vast solution experience.About ExperoExpero is a leader in consulting services and software toolkits for Customer 360, Fraud Detection + Prevention, Supply Chain, Finance Analytics and Fintech. We build complex software in these challenging domains for expert users like scientists, traders, and engineers. These are not your traditional applications, and our consultants work across a spectrum of technologies from graph databases, enterprise infrastructure, to reactive web applications on the front end. Expero additionally has its own design and UX team who create rich, interactive experiences around the apps that we build.QualificationsRequirements* Previous inside sales and lead generation experience with a proven record of success * Sales process knowledge lead generation (cold calling), discovery to contract negotiations, and account management * Self-Driven & Highly Motivated * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Analytical skills to assess technical and business solutions for expert users in challenging domains * Friendly and enthusiastic * Organized and detail oriented * Experience presenting over the phone and via the web * Experience managing lead generation campaigns via email, phone, & social media * Relationship building skills * Previous consulting and software sales experience a plus Responsibilities Include* Source new sales opportunities through outbound calling and targeted emails * Generate and manage inbound and outbound target prospects * Prospect qualification via discovery and nurturing deals through the sales funnel * Manage existing account opportunities with upsell and cross sell * Build strong relationships with partners and channels * Pipeline management from sourcing net new deals to contract negotiations* Work with internal SMEs and route qualified prospects to internal team members for strategic sales development * Maintain and grow Sales Representative pipeline * Provide and follow through with prospect's on ROI, quotes, proposals, and SOW BenefitsWe get better work done for our clients when all our employees are paid well and have excellent benefits, including group health, dental, and life insurance, family leave, and a retirement plan.
