Job Description:
Workyard is a high-growth tech startup operating in the
construction industry where $300 billion is spent annually on
labor.--We are developing an industry revolutionizing staffing and
HR workforce technology platform specifically designed for the
industry. We are fundamentally changing the experience for both
companies and workers by adding trust, transparency, and technology
to the skilled trades workforce administration process.We are
looking for energetic self-starter Sales Account Executives (SMB)
to close new business for your assigned area in the Texas market.
This is a closing role, and you will be part of an exciting new
team with many growth opportunities as the company
expands.Responsibilities * Own monthly sales targets within
assigned territory* Manage and optimize your business pipeline*
Spend majority of the time performing sales calls to inbound and
targeted outbound prospects to establish relationships and close
deals* Use a consultative sales approach to actively develop and
increase sales opportunities* Partner with customers to understand
their business needs and requirements* Respond to and effectively
manage customer inquiries and complaints* Work closely with
Marketing to manage and build a qualified lead pipeline* Complete
required contracts to finalize new business and associated
documentation* Documentation of all client interactions into
SalesforceRequirements* 2+ years of sales or sales development
experience with successful track record * Entrepreneurial mindset
and self-starter attitude* Ability to develop solid interpersonal
relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client
organizations* Sales experience in or familiarity with the staffing
industry and/or construction industry* Technical savvy - adept at
using sales technology* Excellent written and verbal communication
skills* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work*
Strong analytical skills and detail orientation* Construction
and/or skilled trades industry knowledge a plus* Bachelor's
Degree
