talk. Your Role and Responsibilities The BI Sales Leader will be a
member of the high growth BI sales team within the C&A
practice. Opportunity to work with a wide range of companies who
lead, innovate and disrupt their respective industries using
technical Analytics and BI solution. This role will specifically
sell into Salesforce clients, building a new logos portfolio for
IBM and as such requires a hunter mentality, boldness, creativity,
resiliency, charisma, a competitive spirit, and exceptional
communication & presentation skills along with a technical
expertise. Build and maintain relationships with potential new and
existing clients. Partner with the account and practice leaders to
strategically pursue new opportunities and sustain a diverse
portfolio of accounts. Work with new and existing clients and
partners to build a pipeline and grow our market share and
establish a leadership position in the BI space. Identify and meet
with a broad set of buyers to learn more about client initiatives
and represent IBM capabilities. Leverage IBM platforms, SW and
technical expertise to drive transformational plays in
collaboration with Account and Practice leaders. Nurture
relationships with Alliance partners to drive C&A ABI growth in
key areas and help building a team of experts to increase new
business opportunities. Facilitate industry events and seller
enablement sessions. Develop and execute on sales strategy,
responsible for sales efforts through collaboration with the
Salesforce alliance team and CBDS Offerings Strategy team to drive
successful sales campaigns. Lead Executive-Level discussion around
Analytics and BI Collaborate with Geo and Industry sales teams on
RFP responses, client briefing, industry PoV to bring Analytics and
Business Intelligent solutions to our clients. Participate in and
lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to
the development of proposal pricing strategies, support the
proposal process with development of the scope of work, technical
requirements and estimated value Support the Sales Executive to
achieve outlined business development targets. GBS10AP Required
Technical and Professional Expertise 7+ years experience in
customer-facing business development, business intelligence,
product management, operations or product support roles 2+ years of
experience building self-service reporting solutions using business
intelligence CRM software 2+ years of experience with SQL databases
and willingness/ability to play with data 3-5+ years of experience
in business development with a focus on solution selling 5-8 years
of relevant industry experience and a consistent record in
consultative sales. Demonstrated successful execution or oversight
of analytics projects Demonstrate mastery of Salesforce product
suite in order to design a solution that solves customer's data
related challenge(s) Understands Web services at a high level and
can read/understand JSON. Understands ETL solution at a high level
and has confidence in speaking to clients around integration needs
and solutions Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Prior
working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and Data Visualization
tools Background in selling data analytical software platforms
Salesforce Certifications, Tableau CRM Certifications, Tableau &
