D-Group, is a business group within Foxconn, with more than 50,000 employees, a global footprint including China, Taiwan, and over ten other countries, with functions including R&D, sales, manufacturing, supply chain management, products and services extending into IT product manufacturing (computers, printers, printer cartridges, monitors, game consoles, and wireless speakers), industrial PCs, after-sales services, recycling, peer-to-peer digital payment platform, and strategic investments, on behalf of customers to provide an end-to-end, one-stop solution for R&D, manufacturing, sales/marketing, and after-sales services.Assignments & Responsibilities:The Sales Analyst is the "center of target customer intelligence" of the adjacency business and deploys the best strategic practices of D-Group to win critical customers through the following:* Research industry trends: Conduct research on consumer electronics industry, particularly smart home / building, to understand procurement developments and pain points at potential customers* Recommends leads: Recommend high potential leads for outreach based on industry research* Create pitch document: Support sales manager in developing FXN value proposition, preparing pitch material, and rest of conversion processIn this support role, you will be responsible for supporting the leading salesmanager within depth business intelligence collection on prioritized customers in the engagement funnel. To champion these functions and become a successful contributor, you will need to possess the following:Analytic Problem-Solving: You will focus your energy on processing a large amount of complex data with precision and translating it into measurable results. In this role you will also be responsible for analyzing data using statistics programs, predictive analytics and other data-driven tools. It will be significant to collect data on competitor's tactics, market conditions and consumer demographics to give Foxconn D Group a competitive advantage.Critical Thinking: You will be responsible for maintaining an innate curiosity about consumers; assessing all available information to make key financial decisions. While utilizing your critical thinking skills you will be able to provide marketing analysts and communicate with management and clients regularly to devise solutions.Effective Communication: You will need to demonstrate effective communication skills while delivering precise and concise presentations with enthusiasm and passion that reflects the knowledge of business products and services.
