Real Estate Sales Team Lead

Job Description:

The Director of Sales for The Neal and Neal Team is known as a top producer and has a track record of holding others accountable to the same standard. He or she has risen to the top of leadership positions both personally and professionally. This individual is driven, yet compassionate and collaborative, while exhibiting a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals. He or she is effective at coaching, accountability, and developing others. Being able to build rapport and trust with team members will be critical. The Director of Sales will hire, train, and mentor all agents at the Neal and Neal Team hub, leading the organization in continued growth. This is a huge opportunity as our company expands into new markets and businesses!

Responsibilities:
--- Daily presence and enthusiasm at the office key in this role
--- Identify talented agents and teams to partner with the organization
--- Progress new Team Members through The Neal and Neal Team's training program
--- Coach these Team Members on the activities that will lead them to their desired results
--- Collaborate with Leadership to consistently communicate Neal and Neal Team's value and vision
--- Meet weekly with Team Members to review their key metrics and hold them accountable to the completion of actions and Team Members to the appropriate solution
--- Track associate results through SISU software
--- Advise Owners and Leadership using the SISU reports implementing regular productivity opportunities and resources-(Training, Call Nights, etc.)
--- Support the Owners and Leadership in generating, implementing, and communicating the monthly training calendar
--- Director of Sales will take ownership of the team's monthly group meetings
--- Guide highly productive associates through Achievement stage and other opportunities within the Team
--- Maintain and foster Win-Win relationships with Team's Vendors
--- Verify all listing inventory is priced correctly 2x a month and coach Agents on price improvements if applicable
--- Verify weekly all set & met appointments are qualified and true appointments

Qualifications:
--- Active TX real estate license
--- 3 - 5 years of real estate sales experience
--- Record of sales success selling a minimum of 24 transactions in one year
--- Track record of leadership and accountability in past positions
--- Superior goal setting, planning, and accountability skills
--- Strong people and communication skills
--- Proactive and positive in problem-solving to solutions
--- Learning-based attitude and growth-oriented
--- Mastery of the team curriculum: training Initiative, MREA, lead generation, database management, win with sellers, win with buyers; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and team models and systems
