Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret sales data, then relating it to potential sales trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.----ResponsibilitiesManages Salesforce.com instance including, but not limited to user management, reports, workflows, configurations, maintenance, support, and improvements.----Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.Guides sales forecasting and planning process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up dataCreates executive level visualizations (dashboards, graphs, charts, etc.), often from scratch, that enable management to improve decision making speed and accuracyCreates monthly Board of Director presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reportingRecommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.Compiles data from multiple sources including Salesforce and Quickbooks desktopDevelops sales models and maintains existing models as needed.Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications3+ years of sales operations or other relevant experienceExperienced salesforce userFinance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fieldsProven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy roleStrong quantitative and analytical competencySelf-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skillsAdvanced knowledge of Excel. Including pivot tables, graphs, and financial modeling.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloadData visualization experience preferred, such as TableauAbout Acessa HealthAcessa Health's Vision is for women to have more options when it comes to symptomatic uterine fibroids.
