Job Description:

Staffmark is seeking a skilled Test Technician to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Manor, TX. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for hands-on technical work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate:

1st Shift: $20.00/hour (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday)
2nd Shift (Level 2): $21.00/hour (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday)
Weekend Shift: $20.00/hour (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)


Job Responsibilities:

Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and systems.
Execute both manual and automated system-level tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
Interpret test results and communicate findings to team leads or supervisors.
Recommend improvements based on test data and performance observations.
Adhere to all production, quality, and testing procedures.
Utilize measurement and testing equipment effectively.
Support continuous improvement and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate in a team environment, contributing to project work as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Associate degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Automation, or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or test environment.
Mechanically inclined with ability to build and run basic test setups.
Comfortable reading technical documents, drawings, and work instructions.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and test-related software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work flexible hours or extended shifts as needed.
Team player with a desire to grow and learn.
