**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equipment
Operator I to join our team. As an Equipment Operator I, you will
play a critical role in the maintenance and repair of city streets,
sidewalks, and public rights-of-way.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist the Streets Foreman in completing a variety of tasks,
including construction, maintenance, and repair of city streets and
infrastructure
* Perform entry-level support work under close supervision
* Assist with training newly hired employees
* Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal latitude for
independent judgment
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to be scheduled for on-call rotation
