and owning hotels, such as the Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans,
with new projects in Texas, Colorado, and California currently
under development. We also provide F&B consultation for the
Austin Proper Hotel, overseeing three restaurants, in-room dining,
and banquets throughout the property. MML owns and operates all its
properties and only takes on projects that align with our vision
and values.What we are looking for:Word of Mouth Fine Catering is
seeking a Bakery Production Manager. We look forward to working
with you to elevate and sustain the level of food quality, service,
and professionalism in our kitchens and operations. This will be a
dynamic position that requires meticulous time management, inspired
baking, speed, creativity, mentorship, and organization.What we are
looking for:Oversee all bread production for wholesale and
eventsManage inventory and order responsibly to control costWrite
weekly schedules that coincide with financial projections and labor
goalsFoster a positive work environment and continue to grow,
build, and motivate the teamWork with pastry and savory chefs to
create new menu items that are relevant to the MML
brand.Requirements:Four years of progressive experience in
high-volume food production or cateringAt least 3 years of previous
high-level experience in a well-established restaurantEquivalent
combination of relevant education and/or experience
consideredStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and
inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
interact with guests, staff, and management.Strong attention to
detail and organizational abilities.This is an evening/night
position. Current shifts are from 2pm-12am or 3pm-1am and are
subject to changes based on operational demands. Flexibility to
work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Salary Range:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00Physical Requirements:The physical demands
