This is a career opportunity to work with a premier leader in the industry. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 plus bonus with an exceptional benefits package (listed below). The project engineer will be responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects. This role will provide support to our sales representatives and manage projects for our customers.Project Engineer ResponsibilitiesDevelop a thorough understanding of our company products and applicationsReview project plans, proposals and contractor bidsRead drawings and prepare takeoffsPrepare, submit, and track RFIs and submittalsAssist with preparing accurate estimates while maintaining low costsStudy product design, customer requirements, and performance standards to determine project specifications to order equipment and materials from our manufacturersInteract and provide service to customers to interpret their needs and requirementsCollaborate, communicate, and provide support to the outside sales representatives to ensure project successOrder management of productsCoordinate product delivery and manage warranty and related field issuesPrepare O & M ManualsMaintain our CRM and an organized electronic project filing systemRequirements:Knowledge and Skills RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, Industrial Distribution, a related technical field required5 years of related work experience in Commercial ConstructionAbility to interpret construction drawings and specificationsDetail-oriented, organized and continually strives for accuracy and qualityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment where daily tasks are never the sameExcellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlinesExcellent customer service and communication skillsA team player with a positive attitudeFamiliarity with BluebeamDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelBenefitsMedical insurance: Base, Buy-up, or High Deductible plansDental and Vision insuranceCompany paid $25,000 Employee Term Life/AD&D coverageVoluntary Life, Long-Term Disability and Short-Term Disability insuranceOption to participate in FSA or HSA plansEligibility to participate in the 401(k) planCompany paid sick and vacation leave and holidaysTexas Air Products is an equal opportunity employer.Compensation details: 70000-90000 Yearly SalaryPIf1bf6fca357d-25660-34746531
