Job Description:
_ This position would be for the North Austin, Georgetown,
Pflugerville, Texas area. _
Brett DiNovi & Associates (BDA) is offering BCBA positions for
candidates highly skilled in applied behavior analysis to provide _
in-home (50%) & telehealth (50%) _consultation in the North Austin,
Georgetown, Pflugervilleareas. The ideal candidate must have
extensive experience and an interest in consulting with individuals
with autism and related developmental disabilities.

BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
50% In-person and 50% remote supervision
Work with client's, ages 12 months-adulthood, in their home and/or
community.
Travel from client to client utilizing your own means of
transportation (mileage reimbursed)
Supervise & mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) to
ensure career development for employees and quality of care for
clients.
Supervise a client's behavior plan implementation
Supervise intensive ABA teaching strategies
Supervise community-based instruction
Supervise functional life skills training, & vocational
training.
Work and collaborate with a Clinical Directors who oversee quality
and integrity of our regional programs
Conduct functional assessments, skills assessments
Create programs based on the assessment findings to ensure maximum
progress of clients
Problem solve when clients are not making maximum progress and
train staff on new ABA procedures
Collaborate and consult with parents
Provide supportive feedback to staff to ensure they continue
growing
Demonstrate great attendance, communication, and
professionalism
Demonstrate high levels of ethical decision-making and
confidentiality according to the HIPAA requirements

REQUIREMENTS OF A BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT :
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child
Development or a related field of study a requirement
At least 1 year experience supervising home-based programs
The ability to training, support and mentor Registered Behavior
Technicians (RBT's) in how to implement ABA programs and motivate a
child a MUST
Must possess the ability to conduct functional behavior assessments
and summarize data to complete a progress report for a funding
source a MUST
Great attendance, punctuality, and consistency a MUST
Great communication skills a MUST
Must be capable of manual labor including but not limited to;
Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs.
of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly,
pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, crawling, crouching, finger
dexterity, climbing and reaching.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
_ The hourly wages or salary will be determined depending on
experience, credentials, and availability. _
_ 28 Billable hours per week. _

EXPECTED AVAILABILITY:
This position is _full_-_time . _ Standard hours of work are
_Monday through Friday_, between _8: 00 AM to 7:30 PM, and
Saturdays 9:00am-1:00 pm._
TRAVEL:
This position consists of being 50% TELEHEALTH/ 50% IN-PERSON .
There may be frequent travel in assigned region to client to
client. Ideal candidate must have reliable means of
transportation.
