As a Business Analyst in the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) team at Q2 you will elicit and capture the requirements for the EPMO to accomplish its objectives and successfully build out the requisite tooling and deliverables. You will own the definition and documentation of to-be business process flows for any EPMO-led or transformative initiatives and be the steward of the EPMO's knowledge base. With a sought-after skillset in business analysis, you will support EPMO-led and other strategic initiatives in the production of intermediate work products and deliverables.

A Typical Day:

• Drafting wireframes for dashboards and reports ,and documenting their functional specifications.
• Working with the data management analyst on business metric & KPI inventory, and performing quality and usability testing of the dashboards and reports.
• Supporting the program manager in creation of transformation program docs such as mid-level future state and transformation story.
• Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business and industry data and delivering data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Validating produced flows, dashboards & reports with stakeholders for usefulness.
• Identifying risks and issues on strategic initiatives to the appropriate EPMO manager.
• Producing BA-like work products, as needed, to enable other EPMO team as well as for programs that would benefit from additional business analysis skill. Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here's What We're Looking For:
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar environment to Q2, with 2 or more years working as a distributed team member.
  • Client-facing experience and IT/software experience are both assets.
  • Business Analysis certification is an asset.
  • Proficiency with BPMN or another process modelling notation.
  • Proficiency with UML or equivalent diagramming notation.
  • Proficient with collaboration software (e.g., Confluence, Wiki, Airtable, Notion) as well as document processing software (e.g., MS Word).
  • High-level of intrinsic motivation and initiative.
  • An ability to:
    - Actively listen and translate what was heard into diagrams & documentation.
    - Learn quickly and perceive situations in a growth-minded capacity.
    - Build rapport with stakeholders across geographic boundaries.
