We are seeking a skilled Software QA Analyst for a long term assignment working remotely from anywhere in Texas on our W2, who will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Apply knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies, including Agile, to plan and execute testing activities.

* Collaborate closely with the client organization and third-party vendors to understand business requirements and design specifications.

* Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and set up testing environments to thoroughly evaluate functionality, performance, and integration.

* Perform a variety of testing, including functional, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.

* Identify, analyze, and report software defects, working with development teams to resolve issues.

* Support development and unit testing efforts, as well as system and integration testing.

* Leverage automation tools and techniques to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

* Prioritize and schedule testing tasks to ensure delivered products meet all requirements.

* Maintain detailed documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
--- 5 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role
--- Proficient in software development life cycle methodologies, especially Agile
--- Hands-on experience in creating test plans, test cases, and performing functional, regression, and integration testing
--- Familiarity with API testing and front-end testing
--- Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks
--- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
--- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
