• Many More!Job DetailsWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team! This is a position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our our projects and community. You will be responsible for creating innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable outdoor spaces by blending natural elements with built environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects which include mixed-use, multifamily, office, parks and trails, planned communities' and retail. You will be working closely with a team of passionate professionals and will have the chance to showcase your creative design skills and technical expertise.Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive plans and visually compelling presentations for various landscape projects using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts and proposals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and designers to integrate landscape designs into overall project plans.
  • Conduct site analyses, including the assessment of soil, vegetation, and climate conditions.
  • Develop site plans, specifications, and cost estimates for land development.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all designs comply with environmental and zoning regulations.
  • Present proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Continually stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in landscape architecture.Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in landscape architecture design
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in landscape architecture or urban design
    • Strong graphic skills including SketchUp, Adobe Suite and AutoCAD
