• Gathering requirements from interviews with customers and creating system requirements documents (8 years)
• System analysis and design (8 years)
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (8 years)
• Business process re-engineering (8 years)
• Development of user stories and use cases (8 years)
• Previous experience with enterprise-level CRM tool (5 years)
• Strong communication, organization and faciliation skills (5 years)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Modern Requirements (3 years)
• Business process development (2 years)Summary:
  • This position performs advanced, senior-level business analysis work. The business analyst serves as the conduit between the program/customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow.
  • This position will support the implementation of the agency CRM project.
  • This BA will be involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle.     Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 PER HOUR
