Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Security Analyst for a 12-month contract assignment working remotely from anywhere in Texas with our Austin, Texas client with responsibility for administering and operating data loss prevention tools including incident response. You will need knowledge and experience with Digital Guardian DLP and must be able to participate in incident response activities and be able to work on a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed.

Requirements:

Yrs Experience

2 Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.

2 Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles.

2 Knowledge of systems administration concepts.

2 Knowledge of critical infrastructure systems with information communication technology that were designed without system security considerations.

2 Knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data security standards.

2 Knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards.

2 Knowledge of Personal Health Information (PHI) data security standards.

2 Knowledge of an organization's information classification program and procedures for information compromise.

2 Skill in conducting test events.

2 Skill in systems integration testing.

2 Skill in writing test plans.

2 Develop test plans to address specifications and requirements.

2 Make recommendations based on test results.

2 Determine scope, infrastructure, resources, and data sample size to ensure system requirements are adequately demonstrated.

2 Test, evaluate, and verify hardware and/or software to determine compliance with defined specifications and requirements.
