Job Description Knowledge of software development life cycle and development life cycle concepts. Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Skills in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel. Skills in writing reports using Power BI or other similar tools. Skill in business analysis methodologies. Skill in analyzing and evaluating complex information technology applications, policies, issues. Skill in developing creative and workable solutions to complex problems and issues. Ability to analyze and interpret technical information, including automation system documentation/specifications. Ability to communicate in writing. Ability to translate user/business needs into a technical style. Ability to communicate technical instructions to system users; to analyze, evaluate, and integrate business rules into system requirements. Ability to perform effectively and willingly when changes occur in scope and nature of work and work environment. Ability to complete assigned work, on time, neatly and with infrequent errors. Ability to work and cooperate with others in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to maintain progress with difficult assignments and meet deadlines. Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions. Ability to communicate effectively. Skills in using diagramming and vector graphics applications such as Microsoft Visio. Skills in using design tools for creating application mockups. Tools may include Balsamiq or Adobe XD. Skills in using application planning, development, delivery, and operations tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps.
