Job Description
The Senior Analyst is responsible for planning and executing analyses of fleet electrification, grid-optimized electric vehicle charging, and related projects to further the energy transition. They will develop strategies to improve our services, consistently deliver high quality work on time and within budget, and support growth opportunities. These functions will work closely with regional program managers and directors to provide the best services possible for our clients. Collaboration to develop tools and share resources and strategies to overcome common challenges in programs and projects is critical.
The Senior Analyst will use existing tools, as well as build and support new tools for use by energy transition teams across North America. This role will be both internal and external facing, meaning some projects will primarily serve internal stakeholders and others will be for clients and customers in the utility and local government sectors. Key responsibilities will fall in three areas: 1) Market assessment, 2) Capability development, and 3) Service delivery.
Market Assessment

• Monitor developments in EV and EV charging technology and policy
• Collect and curate market data
• Identify trends and challenges that may lead to market opportunities Capability Development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify new and enhanced capabilities to serve our clients
  • With guidance on prioritization from leadership, develop tools and methods to deliver new capabilities
  • Create documentation and training that will help others within the organization to adopt the new capabilities Service Delivery
    • Perform analyses necessary to secure new work, including to quantify opportunities, demonstrate capabilities and model financial scenarios
    • Gather and organize data from clients and customers as needed to support deliver of work
    • Perform analyses of fleet electrification, EV charging and related topics to help our clients develop cost effective plans for electrification
    • Compile and analyze data from across our portfolio of energy transition programs to report on impacts and identify opportunities for optimization
