Consultant shall be intensely involved in business process consulting; define the problem, propose and create solutions. Consultant shall also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. Consultant shall guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Consultant shall have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Austin, TX or be willing to relocate in 6 weeks from onboarding.
• This position may require travel in the US and Canada
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• Expert knowledge on HANA, modelling concepts and reporting.
• Should have good knowledge on SQL's to handle complex stored procedures.
• Understanding in UNIX/SQL scripting
• Experience in Tableau, BOBJ etc, SAP BW on Hana.
• Develop application road maps/implementation approach & project plans for SAP HANA Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in working with Very high Volume and High Velocity data.
  • Good understanding of SD, MM or FICO modules with SAP.
  • Good communication Skills who can do impact communication.
  • Working with the business users to define scope and gather business requirements.
  • Testing and rollout of the final product
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience of working in onsite-offshore model
  • Be skilled in working with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and Communication skills
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills
  • Knowledge on agile methodologiesThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
