Purpose
We are seeking a Human Resources Data Analyst who will partner with
the Talent Development team and leaders across Texas Development to
identify data and insights that help inform and shape our talent
strategies. This position will report to the Business Intelligence
(BI) Manager and will lead actionable business intelligence and
data analytics solutions within the University Development Office
for the office and the larger campus community as assigned.
