Position Summary
The construction manager's objective is to deliver a quality home and create an outstanding experience for the benefit of both the customer and the company. While pursuing this objective, the construction manager must maintain a schedule and a budget while exceeding the customers' expectations..
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build quality homes on time and under budget
• Take ownership of individual community
• Maintain professional relationships with your team and customers
• Deliver an exceptional home buying experience for future referrals
• Adhere to timelines conveyed to customer
• Maintain Chesmar quality and customer satisfaction
• Meet cycle time and scheduling deadlines
• Embrace technology
• Maintain warranty standards
• Provide the customer with a positive home buying experience
• Maintain great relationships with sales team and vendor partners
• Take ownership of community appearance
• Manage cost control and variances

    • 3 + years experience a plus in the construction field Education Requirements:
      • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
