Title: Customer Support Analyst Location: Austin, TX (This position is Onsite on Day 1 at the client location) Duration: 6 Months Contract Job Description: Provide excellent support by email, chat, and phone Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner Escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed and follow up to ensure timely resolution Collaborate with other teams to identify patterns and trends in client issues and provide feedback to improve the product or service Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that issues are identified and resolved before they impact clients Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 0-3 years of experience in support or customer service role preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
