- Competitive compensation includes base + commissions
- Average annual OTE (On Target Earnings) of $40,000 - $80,000

next! Responsibilities
- Represent Sunrun as the face of our brand in our sales
team
- Build rapport with potential customers to set appointments
- Qualify prospective customers for Sunrun solar and storage
solutions
- Schedule appointments with customers and Sunrun Field Sales
Consultants
- Meet or exceed all team and individual sales goals
- Provide the green for our customers and bring home the green
for you and your family Qualifications
- We need dynamic, resilient sales people who know how to engage
with a potential customer and believe in what we do
- Success in this role requires strong communication skills,
resilience, self-motivation, and passion for our mission.
- Additionally, you will need to be comfortable and adaptable to
working semi-autonomously in various locations
- Availability to work an optimized schedule including weekends,
evenings and some holiday shifts.
- This schedule is optimized for your sales success so you can
reach the most customers at the best times
- Access to reliable transportation to support a territory zone
of 15-30 miles
- Possess a positive attitude and ability to take the no and move
on to the next opportunity Physical Demands
- The prime function of this position is to represent Sunrun in a
retail environment
- Up to 10% of weekly hours may be approved for non-store
activity such as engaging with our customers via phone, attending
training, or participating in team activities
- During the retail shifts, the work involves constant standing
and walking for the entire shift in a retail warehouse environment
with the exception of meal, break and rest periods
- Depending on your scheduled work locations, this position will
either be standing in one location for the entire shift or walking
and standing for the entire shift
- Occasional lifting upto 50 pounds, reaching, stooping and
